Shipping Methods
We use premium carriers to ensure your wholesale orders arrive safely and on time:
- Standard Shipping: Tracked parcel delivery via Colissimo or DPD
- Express Shipping: Priority delivery via Chronopost or DHL Express
- Freight: For large wholesale orders over 50kg, we arrange pallet delivery
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 14:00 CET (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends are processed the next business day
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped
Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, neutral packaging with no external indication of the contents. Products are vacuum-sealed and protected to maintain freshness and quality during transport.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €200 within metropolitan France. For other destinations, contact us for custom shipping quotes on large orders.
Returns & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@greensfarmhouse.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
